Generally most of the Aseaner are talking in point of free labour movement across all Asean Community countries.
Yes that is true for only those who are professional service providers.
Even professioal servie providers mean not open to all just seven only in the first agreement.
Not to everyone who willing to go and work here and there. This is good for new generation kids to understand and study their lesson in the best of all. Once they will become professioal under Mutual Recognition Arrangements ( MRAs ) their live will above of all.

MRA ON Nursing Services signed on 8 December 2006 in Cebu,the Philippines.
MRA on Architectural Services and Framework Arrangement for the Mutual Recognition of Surveying Qualifications both signed on 19 November in Singapore.
MRA on Medical Practitioners, MRA on Dental Practitioners, and MRA Framework on Accountancy Service all signed on 26 February 2009 in Cha-am Hua Hin, Thailand.
If your kids may start looking toward MRAs agreement may having opportunity to get the benifits. But may be more chance on other professional too.
